  • 1/2 tsp wasabi paste

  3. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit covered for 10-12 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel.
  4. Prepare the Base:
  5. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Divide and Flavor:
  7. Separate the base filling into five small bowls. Mix each bowl with the flavor-specific ingredients listed above.
  8. Pipe or Spoon:
  9. Fill each egg white with the corresponding flavored yolk mix using a spoon or piping bag.
  10. Garnish:
  11. Top with extra garnish for each flavor (e.g., fried chicken crumble, dill sprigs, bacon bits, sriracha drizzle, or bleu cheese crumbles).
  12. Serve Chilled:
