Method
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten dough circles. Place a marshmallow and chocolate square in the center of each.
- Wrap and seal dough tightly around the filling to form a bomb. Pinch all seams securely.
- Fry 2–3 at a time for about 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- While still warm, roll in graham cracker crumbs or cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately while gooey and hot!
Notes
Make it healthier: Try air-frying at 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Customize it: Swap chocolate with Nutella, peanut butter cups, or cookies & cream bars.
Prevent leaking: Freeze the chocolate first and ensure the dough is tightly sealed.
Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven.
