Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Griffin Cheese sliced and cubed
  • 4 oz country ham or cured sausage
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapes
  • 1/4 cup dried figs or apricots
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup spicy mustard or fruit jam
  • 4 –6 small slices of cornbread or crackers

Equipment

  • Wooden serving board or platter
  • Cheese knife
  • Small bowls for spreads
  • Tongs or cocktail sticks

Method
 

  1. Arrange Griffin Cheese in the center of your serving board.
  2. Fan out slices of ham or sausage around the cheese.
  3. Add fruit, both fresh and dried, in small clusters.
  4. Place nuts in scattered piles or small bowls.
  5. Fill small bowls with jam or mustard and place them on the board.
  6. Add bread or crackers last, filling in any empty spaces.
  7. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.

Let Griffin Cheese sit out 20–30 minutes before serving.
You can substitute the meats or fruits based on your preferences.
