- Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Whip the cold cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and mix briefly.
- Fold a spoonful of whipped cream into the melted chocolate to lighten it, then gently fold in the remaining cream in batches.
- Spoon into serving glasses, chill for at least 1–2 hours until set, and enjoy!
