  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or chipotle powder for heat

Method

  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef chorizo and cook for 6–8 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally and break up the meat into crumbles until fully browned and cooked through.
  7. Drain any excess fat and use immediately or store for later.

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing chili powder or cayenne.
Use leaner ground beef (90/10) for a lower-fat version.
