- Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with all spices and vinegar.
- Mix thoroughly using a spoon or your hands until evenly blended.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to marinate.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef chorizo and cook for 6–8 minutes.
- Stir occasionally and break up the meat into crumbles until fully browned and cooked through.
- Drain any excess fat and use immediately or store for later.
