- Instructions:
- Add the Persian blue salt to a glass.
- Squeeze half a lemon and pour the juice into the glass.
- Pour 8 oz of warm filtered water into the mixture.
- Stir until the salt fully dissolves.
- (Optional) Add beetroot powder and supplement powders if using, then stir again.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

Use warm (not hot) water to help dissolve the salt and blend the ingredients easily.
Persian blue salt is preferred for its mineral content, but Himalayan pink salt can be used as an alternative.
For best results, use organic lemon and purified or spring water.
