- Instructions:
- Pour 1 cup of filtered water into a clean glass.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of finely ground Persian blue salt.
- Stir until the salt fully dissolves.
- (Optional) Add lemon juice and/or honey to taste.
- Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.

Do not exceed ¼ tsp of salt per cup of water.
Best consumed fresh; avoid storing for long periods.

Persian blue salt can be replaced with Himalayan pink salt, but the mineral profile will differ.
