Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 10–12 inches wide. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray or pizza stone.
  4. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  5. Arrange the sliced bananas evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the bananas. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the bananas are slightly caramelized.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
  9. Optional: drizzle with melted butter, chocolate, or sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Notes

Notes:
For a vegan option, skip condensed milk and use vegan caramel or maple syrup instead.
Gluten-free pizza crust can be used as a substitute.
