- Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 10–12 inches wide. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray or pizza stone.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Arrange the sliced bananas evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the bananas. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the bananas are slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
- Optional: drizzle with melted butter, chocolate, or sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Notes:
For a vegan option, skip condensed milk and use vegan caramel or maple syrup instead.
Gluten-free pizza crust can be used as a substitute.
Best enjoyed warm straight out of the oven.
