- Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add butterfly pea flowers and let them steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Stir well and watch the color change from blue to purple.
- Serve warm or over ice.
