Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Add butterfly pea flowers and let them steep for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers.
  5. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, ginger, and cinnamon.
  6. Stir well and watch the color change from blue to purple.
  7. Serve warm or over ice.

Notes:
Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as desired.
For a chilled version, refrigerate and serve over ice.
