- Instructions:
- Prepare Chicken:
- Cook and shred chicken breast if not already prepared. Let it cool completely. You can also use rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
- Mix Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and ranch seasoning. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, celery, grapes, apples, and pecans. Gently stir to combine.
- Add Dressing:
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Chill & Serve:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy in sandwiches, croissants, lettuce wraps, or on crackers.

Notes:
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt or half mayo/half yogurt blend. The salad gets better after chilling for a few hours as flavors meld. Toast pecans for added crunch and flavor depth. Best consumed within 3–4 days when stored in the refrigerator.
