  • 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning mix

  • ½ cup seedless red grapes halved
  • ½ apple Fuji or Gala, chopped into small cubes
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans lightly toasted if desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice for brightness

Method

  3. Cook and shred chicken breast if not already prepared. Let it cool completely. You can also use rotisserie chicken for added flavor.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and ranch seasoning. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice.
  6. Combine Ingredients:
  7. In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, celery, grapes, apples, and pecans. Gently stir to combine.

  9. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture. Stir until evenly coated.

Notes:
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt or half mayo/half yogurt blend.
