- Instructions:
- Sift the matcha powder into the bowl using a fine mesh sieve to remove clumps.
- Add 2 oz of hot water (do not boil).
- Whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion (M or W shape) using the chasen until frothy and smooth on the surface.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes:
For a smoother drink, always sift the matcha.
You can adjust the strength by adding more or less powder.
To create a matcha latte, add 6 oz of steamed milk after whisking.
Best enjoyed fresh. Avoid letting it sit too long to prevent bitterness.
