- Instructions:
- Add mint leaves and 2 lime wedges to the bottom of a highball glass.
- Muddle gently to release lime juice and mint oils.
- Add remaining lime wedges and sugar. Muddle again lightly.
- Pour in white rum and stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice, preferably crushed.
- Top with soda water.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for mixing.
