- Blend the Base: Add cottage cheese (and Greek yogurt, if using) to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Let it cool slightly before using.
- Combine Ingredients: Add melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend again until fully mixed and smooth.
- Taste & Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity if needed.
- Chill: Transfer to serving containers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or longer for firmer texture).
- Serve: Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
