- Instructions:
- Add the cottage cheese, banana, cocoa powder, and optional sweetener and vanilla to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa to your preference.
- Pour into bowls or containers and chill for 20–30 minutes (optional but recommended).
- Top with desired toppings and serve chilled.

For a thicker texture, use less banana or a scoop of protein powder.
For a vegan version, use silken tofu instead of cottage cheese.
The pudding keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 days in a sealed container.
You can freeze the mixture in molds for healthy popsicles.
