Method

  5. Drain and thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Toss fries in a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well-coated.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
  9. Remove from oven, season to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
