  • ½ cup pulled beef brisket smoked or pre-cooked
  • 2 mozzarella sticks pre-fried or frozen
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 4 –5 fresh jalapeño slices
  • tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 large toasted burger bun brioche or pretzel bun preferred
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: butter for toasting bun

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Grill the patties: Season both beef patties with salt and pepper. Cook on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  3. Heat the brisket: Warm pulled brisket in a pan or microwave. Add BBQ sauce and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Prepare mozzarella sticks: Bake or fry mozzarella sticks according to package directions until golden and crispy.
  5. Melt cheeses: In the final minute of cooking, place one slice of cheese (cheddar, American, pepper jack) on each patty and allow to melt.
  6. Toast the bun: Lightly butter and toast both halves of the burger bun until golden.
  7. Assemble the burger:
