  • 2 cups fresh seedless grapes red or green
  • 1/4 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon optional

Method

  2. Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove stems.
  3. Add grapes, water, honey or maple syrup (if using), and lemon juice to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. (Optional) Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  6. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
  7. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
  8. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the pops.

Notes

Notes:
Use very ripe grapes for maximum natural sweetness.
You can skip the sweetener entirely if your grapes are already sweet.
For a creamier pop, swirl in a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt before freezing.
Pops can be stored in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
