- Instructions:
- Pat grouper fillets dry and brush both sides with melted butter.
- Mix spices and coat each fillet evenly.
- Heat skillet over medium-high with olive oil. Sear fillets 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Toast buns until golden brown.
- Assemble: spread sauce on buns, add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, then fish. Top with bun.
- Serve with your favorite sides and drink.

For extra heat, add hot sauce to your aioli.
To make gluten-free, use GF buns or lettuce wraps.
Grouper can be grilled instead of blackened if preferred.
