- Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Add the chocolate protein shake, cocoa powder, nut butter, and maple syrup. Blend again until fully combined and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently remove the fudgesicles.

For creamier texture, always use full-fat cottage cheese (2–5%). Add-ins like chopped dark chocolate, berries, or nuts can be stirred in before freezing. Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest result. These fudgesicles can last up to 2 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
