- In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, egg (if using), and all seasonings.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the surface.
- Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Avoid pressing down on the patties while cooking to retain moisture.
- Serve immediately on buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
