  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • A few ice cubes

Method

  2. Add kratom powder, banana, pineapple, orange juice, and almond milk into the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes and honey if desired for extra sweetness.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth.

Notes:
Always start with a low kratom dose if you are new to it (1 gram or less).
For a stronger effect, let the drink sit 10 minutes before consuming.
