- Instructions:
- Wash and dry lettuce and radicchio. Chop finely and place in a large bowl.
- Add chopped salami and shredded mozzarella.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to coat evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
