- Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Pour over chicken and let marinate for 15–30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes on one side. Flip and cook another 6–7 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
