- Instructions:
- Sift the matcha powder through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove any clumps.
- Add hot water to the matcha powder and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag (M or W) motion until frothy and smooth.
- Add sweetener if desired, whisking again to blend.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the whisked matcha over the ice.
- Slowly add your choice of milk over the matcha.
- Stir gently to combine, then sip and enjoy!
