- Instructions:
- Prepare the sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix until smooth. Chill while prepping the rest.
- Grill the patties:
- Season beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill or cook on a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Add cheese slices on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the buns:
- Lightly toast the brioche buns on a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the burger:
- Spread the Sizzle Sauce on both buns. Layer bottom bun with lettuce, pickles, and a tomato slice. Stack two cheese-topped patties. Add grilled onions on top. Close with the top bun.
- Serve hot:
- Serve immediately with fries or a side salad.
