  • 2 tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Signature Sizzle Sauce Copycat:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional for extra heat
  • Pinch of sugar

Method

  3. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix until smooth. Chill while prepping the rest.

  5. Season beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill or cook on a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Add cheese slices on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the buns:
  7. Lightly toast the brioche buns on a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the burger:
  9. Spread the Sizzle Sauce on both buns. Layer bottom bun with lettuce, pickles, and a tomato slice. Stack two cheese-topped patties. Add grilled onions on top. Close with the top bun.
