  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
  • Optional: chipotle mayo honey mustard, buffalo sauce

Method

  3. Warm the Tortilla: Heat the tortilla in a dry skillet for about 10–15 seconds on each side until pliable.
  4. Assemble the Wrap: Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Add lettuce down the center, top with the chicken tender, sprinkle cheese, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Fold and Serve: Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Secure with parchment or a toothpick if needed. Serve immediately or wrap for later.

For a spicier version, swap ranch for chipotle sauce or add sliced jalapeños.
