- Instructions:
- Warm the water to a comfortable drinking temperature (not boiling).
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice and add to the water.
- Grate fresh ginger and add it into the mix.
- Stir in the raw honey until fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture steep for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Drink warm, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

For stronger flavor, steep ginger for 10 minutes before adding lemon and honey.
Use filtered water for best results.
You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra metabolism boost.
