Method
 

  1. Instructions:

  3. Pour the water into a glass or mug.

  5. Squeeze in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
  6. Add ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  7. Grate and add ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger).
  8. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
  9. Optional: Add natural sweetener (honey or stevia) for taste.
  10. Drink immediately, preferably before meals once or twice daily.
