- Instructions:
- Heat 1 cup of water until warm, not boiling (ideal temperature: around 40-50°C / 104-122°F).
- Pour the water into a glass or mug.
- Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- Squeeze in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Add ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Grate and add ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger).
- Stir thoroughly until well combined.
- Optional: Add natural sweetener (honey or stevia) for taste.
- Drink immediately, preferably before meals once or twice daily.

Always use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the "mother" for maximum benefits.
Fresh ginger is preferred for potency but can be substituted with ground ginger.
