Method

  3. Place cones upright on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 1–2 hours until solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. Dip the frozen tops of each cone into the melted chocolate, rotating to coat evenly.
  6. Immediately sprinkle or roll the dipped tops in chopped roasted peanuts.
  7. Return the cones to the freezer for another 30–60 minutes to set completely before serving.
