  • 1 ½ cups 260g chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 18 Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Method

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in chopped Oreos and chocolate chips with a spatula.
  8. Scoop dough balls onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are slightly soft.
  10. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  11. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
