- Instructions:
- Day 1–3 (Morning Detox Water): Mix warm water, lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp pink salt. Drink on an empty stomach.
- Day 4–6 (Electrolyte Smoothie): Blend 1 cup coconut water, 1/2 banana, 1/4 avocado, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 tsp pink salt, juice of 1/2 lime, and spinach (optional).
- Day 7 (Salad Dressing): Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp honey, juice of 1/2 lemon, and pepper. Shake well and drizzle over salad.
