- Instructions:
- In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove seeds (optional).
- Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour in the cold water and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or water if needed.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and whole strawberries.

For a fizzy version, substitute half of the water with club soda.
For a stronger strawberry flavor, simmer the strawberries with sugar to create a syrup before blending.
