- Instructions:
- Prepare simple syrup by heating 1 cup of water with sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Cool completely.
- Blend strawberries until smooth. Strain through a mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Juice the lemons and strain to remove seeds and excess pulp.
- In a pitcher, combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, and cooled syrup. Stir well.
- Add 3–4 cups of cold water to adjust strength. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice with mint and lemon slices.

Notes:
You can use frozen strawberries (thawed) when fresh aren’t available.
Adjust sugar depending on how sweet your strawberries are.
For a fizzy version, replace part of the water with sparkling water.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
