- Instructions:
- Juice the lemons: Roll lemons on a counter, then juice them to get 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain if desired.
- Make the sweetener mix: In a pitcher, mix sugar and 1 cup of warm water until completely dissolved.
- Add lemon juice: Stir in the lemon juice to the sweetener base.
- Add cold water: Pour in 3 cups of cold still, sparkling, or coconut water. Stir and taste. Adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Customize: Add herbs, fruit, or puree as desired for extra flavor.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice with garnish.

For a sugar-free version, use stevia or monk fruit extract to taste. Turn leftovers into popsicles by pouring into molds. Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.
