  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp jalapeño syrup or muddled jalapeños + simple syrup
  • Dash of chili powder or tajín for rim
  • Ice
  • Optional: mango or chili foam topping
  • Berry Freeze Blast:
  • 1/2 cup mixed berry juice cranberry, blueberry, raspberry
  • 1/4 cup crushed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • Ice
  • Optional: edible glitter or berry-flavored whipped foam

Method

  3. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  4. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  5. Slowly pour Baja Blast on top for a layered effect.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice.
  7. For Spicy Pineapple Chill:
  8. Rim the glass with chili powder or tajín.
  9. Add ice to the glass.
  10. Mix pineapple juice with jalapeño syrup and pour over ice.
  11. Top with mango foam if desired.

  13. Blend frozen berries and berry juice with ice until slushy.
  14. Pour into a tall glass.
